We met at Skeppsholmen island on a warm September evening and did what I always do during family sessions - followed the child's footsteps. Whatever they find enticing, whatever mesmerises them.

Parents often get amazed how happy and "trouble-free" their children get during these sessions but it has a very simple reason - children are the stars of the photoshoot. They get to explore with parents in tow.

During this session, we got to pick the last of Autumn wildflowers, had picnic with views over to Gamla Stan, ran up and down the hill, cuddled on a blanket, jumped over sticks and stones and it was the best simple evening.
